Robert Brown has over 25 years of real estate experience, including owning and managing his own general brokerage agency for over two decades.   Robert has extensive experience in a variety of real estate services including:  recreational property development and sales; commercial site selection and sales; land acquisition, development and sales; residential construction and sales;   bank owned property sales; and buyer agency representation.   He has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in their personal and business real estate transactions. 

As a graduate of the Realtor Institute, Robert holds the GRI professional designation, is also a licensed residential home builder and a real estate developer.  Robert earned his BA Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1978.  He is active in the community having served in various capacities of appointed and elected office on the state, regional and local level.   Robert currently serves as Chairman of the Pee Dee Regional Airport Authority, the governing board of the Florence Regional Airport.         

Robert and his wife Paula live in Marion and have three children, Rob, Sara & Sally. He is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of MarCo Properties LLC, owner of Brown Builders-Marion LLC and MarCo Development, LLC.
