Robert Brown has over two decades of real estate experience, including owning and managing his own general brokerage agency for over 24 years.  Robert has extensive experience in a variety of real estate services including:  recreational property development and sales; commercial site selection; land acquisition, development and sales; residential construction and sales;   and buyer agency representation.

As a graduate of the Realtor Institute, he holds the GRI professional designation, is also a licensed residential home builder and a real estate developer.  Robert earned his BA Degree from the University of South Carolina in 1978.  He is active in the community having served in various capacities of appointed and elected office on the state and local level. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Florence Regional Airport.

Robert and his wife Paula live in Marion and have three children, Rob, Sara & Sally. He is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of MarCo Properties, LLC and is the owner of Brown Builders-Marion, LLC and MarCo Development, LLC.
